Magnificent Window Products from Monarch

NextGen Windows - These great looking, long-lasting windows are made of a new type of engineered material made from virgin plastics and other composites. That means they won’t warp, bow, rot, decay or yield to termite attack.

Besides that these windows are well insulated. The NextGen material is much less conductive than either steel or aluminum. The double paned glass and fully weather-stripped sashes keep out drafts and hold in heat. In fact, this window is the only window on the market that has a “U” value. As you know all windows have an “R” value for only the glass portion of the window. This value would decline if one started to factor in the frame and sash components. In NextGen’s case it’s just the opposite. The window and frame unit together have a higher R value or “Unit” value than just the glass alone.

A great thing about these NextGen windows for the contractors is the lower replacement cost for broken glass. On average about 20% of the basement windows taken to a job site experience broken panes either before or after installation. This adds to your cost of doing business. Instead of replacing the whole insert for $135 as is common for most windows, the NextGen windows allow you to replace just the glass panel for $50, or about one-third the cost.

Window Wells - Monarch’s line of window wells are quite impressive. No longer does the homeowner need to look out at plain aluminum wells. Monarch’s GIBRALTAR Rock Wall gives them the beauty of natural stone at a fraction of the cost. And since it’s made out of reinforced fiberglass it won’t rot or rust.

Want a more versatile well? Consider Monarch’s Garden Step® well. Its tiered ledges not only allow for easy step-by-step egress to safety but they also provide a platform to decorate with plants or other landscaping material.

Well Cover – The “icing on the cake” is Monarch’s Thermal Hinge Cover. It’s lightweight, yet strong, exceeding the 44 lbs/sq ft IRC requirement. Its hinged design allows for ventilation and an open and easy egress route. When in its final closed position the Thermal Hinge is sloped to facilitate rain, ice and snow runoff.

Keep these beautiful money-making products in mind whether you’re talking to a homeowner or a general contractor. Upselling increases your bottom line!
